Ahsan on your phone and tablet
Apps for iPhone, iPad and Android carry the office's everyday jobs. The whole back office also works in any web browser, with nothing to install.
Where Ahsan runs
The apps and the web app work on the same records, so a gift recorded on a phone at the door is in the office's books at once.

Both apps are built. They go to Apple and Google for review before the launch on Sunday, November 15, and each store's link here works from the day it approves the app. Until then, the web app does every job the apps do.
What the apps do
The jobs people do every week, made for a phone held in one hand: large buttons, plain words, and two to four taps for each job.
- Record a gift and send its receipt, with Undo
- Start the Friday count, then two people sign it, each on their own phone
- Take attendance and record Quran progress in class
- Record a school fee payment
- Add a family and the people in it
- Write an announcement for the screens, the page and email
- Change a prayer time for one day
Families give, see their giving and their children's attendance and fees, renew their membership, vote in board elections and sign up for volunteer shifts. Reports, statements, bookings, events, billing and settings are in the web app, on any screen.

Questions about the apps
Do the apps cost extra?
No. Modules, Complete and Complete Plus include the apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and the back office works in any web browser.
Which phones and tablets do they run on?
iPhones and iPads with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18, or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 8.0 or later.
When can we download them?
Both apps are built. They go to Apple and Google for review before the launch on Sunday, November 15, and this page links to each store from the day it approves the app.
Who can sign in?
The people the mosque invites. A board admin invites each person from the web app, with the role they need, and the apps sign them in with a code sent to their email. Nobody signs up in the apps.
Can we look around before signing in?
Yes. The apps open a sample mosque without signing in, with households, gifts and a weekend school already in it.
Do the apps track people?
No. They show no ads and have no analytics or tracking, and they keep only what the mosque's own records need.
See it with a whole sample mosque
Open a sample mosque in your browser, already set up with households, donations and a weekend school. No account needed.
