Members and elections
Mosque membership software, with board elections built in
Every membership and when it ends, renewals in one list, and board elections that members vote in from their own phones, by secret ballot.

For the office
Memberships and renewals in one list
You can see each household's plan and when it ends, and spot the memberships that are due soon or have lapsed.
- Members renew from their own page
- The member list doubles as the voter roll

For boards and election committees
Board elections nobody needs to question
Members vote by secret ballot from their own phones. Each voter gets a receipt code to check that their ballot was counted, and the result is certified when voting closes.
- Turnout visible while voting is open
- Receipt codes aren't linked to voters' names

Questions about members and elections
Is the ballot really secret?
Yes. A voter's receipt code shows that their ballot was counted, and it isn't linked to their name.
Can members vote without a computer?
Yes. Members vote from their own page on any phone.
Who decides who can vote?
The mosque's bylaws. Ahsan uses the member list as the voter roll, so the people eligible to vote are the members in good standing that the mosque has recorded.
