Giving
Mosque donation software that keeps every gift on record
Record each gift to the right fund with a numbered receipt, count the Friday collection with two signatures, track pledges, and have every household's statement ready in January.
For treasurers and volunteers
A donation recorded in three taps
Enter the amount, choose the fund and save. Ahsan writes a numbered receipt at once and puts the donation in the right fund, whether it came as cash, a check or a card.
- Restricted funds kept separate
- One-time and monthly donations in one list
- This month compared with the same days last year
For treasurers and boards
The Friday collection, counted by two people
One person counts the cash and checks fund by fund and signs. A second person counts again and signs, and Ahsan locks the count. A correction after that needs a written reason, and the original amount stays on record.
- Both signatures, each with its time
- Totals that match the bank deposit
- The month's giving comes from the locked counts

For the board admin and the treasurer
Zakat and other requests for help, kept private
When someone asks the mosque for help, the request goes into one private list with the household's size, the amount asked for and where the request stands. Only the board admin and the treasurer can open it.
- Every request with its status
- Personal details limited to two roles

For campaigns
Pledge campaigns that show what's still owed
Each campaign shows what was pledged, what has come in and what's overdue. When payments come due, someone at the mosque sends the reminders with one click.
- Members see what they've paid
- Paying ahead is one step for them

For treasurers
Year-end statements without the spreadsheet
Each household gets one page that lists its donations for the year by date and fund, with the "no goods or services" line US donors need. Print one, or print them all.
- Ready the day people ask
- Official receipts for Canada and Gift Aid for the UK are planned
Questions about giving
Can we keep restricted funds separate?
Yes. Every gift is recorded against a fund, such as the general fund or a building fund, and each restricted fund shows what came in, what was paid out and what's left.
What if a Friday count turns out to be wrong?
Once both counters sign, the count is locked. A correction records the reason, the original amount and the new one, so the history is never lost.
Does every donor get a receipt?
Yes. Every gift gets a numbered receipt the moment it's recorded, and each household gets a year-end statement.
Is online giving live?
Not yet. In the demo, payments are test payments. When online giving opens, card payments go straight to the mosque's own Stripe account, and Ahsan never holds the money.
