Can we sign up for a plan today?
Not yet. Plans open on November 15, when Ahsan opens to mosques. Until then you can get notified when they open, apply to be a Founding Mosque, or try the free demo.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a trial, every paid plan comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee from the first payment: a full refund, no questions asked. The free demo lets anyone try every part of Ahsan first, and the Free plan has no time limit.
Do you take a share of donations?
No. Each mosque connects its own Stripe account, and donations go straight to it. The mosque pays only Stripe's own fee, 2.9% + 30 cents for a US card, which donors can choose to cover. Ahsan takes 0%.
Can the bill go up in the middle of a term?
Not by itself. Households are counted once a year, at renewal, and there are no usage or per-message charges, so a bill changes only when the mosque changes its plan.
What if we send more email than the plan allows?
Nothing extra is charged. Emails past the month's allowance wait in the outbox, and we suggest the plan with the larger allowance.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once, with the difference prorated, and a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Which plan suits a small mosque?
For one or two modules, Modules costs $39 a month for each, up to 300 households. From three modules, Complete costs less, at $99 a month for all four. A mosque that only wants its public page, its prayer times and a prayer-hall screen can stay on Free.
Are the apps included?
Yes. Modules, Complete and Complete Plus include the iPhone app, and the Android app is coming soon. The back office also works in any web browser.

Do you offer custom pricing?
For a group of mosques, or a mosque the plans don't fit, write to us with the form at the foot of this page, and we'll reply by email within two business days.
What do Founding Mosques pay?
Nothing for the first 60 days, while we move their records in. Then the Complete plan at half price, $49 a month, locked for 24 months. There are 20 places, offered five a month.
