Delete your Ahsan account
Your mosque made your Ahsan account, so the quickest way is to ask the mosque. You can also write to us, and we will help.
Ask your mosque
A board admin at your mosque can remove your sign-in in Ahsan's web app, under People. It ends at once, on every phone and computer.
The board admin can also erase your details, in Settings, under Your data. Your name, email address, phone number, year of birth and notes are taken off every record, and you can't sign in again. If a monthly gift is running in your name, the office stops it first.
Or write to us
Write to hello@getahsan.com from the email address you sign in with, and tell us which mosque it is. The mosque decides about its own records, so we pass your request on, help the mosque carry it out, and write back when it's done.
What goes, and what stays
Your details go. The mosque's books keep the amounts of the gifts and fees it has received, without your name or contact details, because a mosque has to keep its accounts.
When a mosque closes its Ahsan account, we keep its records only as long as we need them to finish closing it and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete them, backups included. The privacy policy says more.
